2. Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering card names, rules text, mana symbols, set names, and all related content are the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast LLC and are used here under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. This site is unofficial fan content.

Card data and images are provided by Scryfall via their public API. Scryfall retains all rights to their compiled card data. This site does not claim ownership of any card data.

Card artwork is © the respective artists and Wizards of the Coast. Artist names and copyright notices displayed on card images must not be obscured.

3. Permitted Use

This site is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help players discover new Commander decks. You may:

Import and analyse your own decklists
Use recommendations to guide your own deck-building decisions
Export generated decklists for personal use

You may not use this site to scrape, republish, or resell card data obtained through it.

4. Scryfall API Compliance

This site uses the Scryfall API in accordance with their usage guidelines:

We include a descriptive User-Agent header on all API requests.
We respect Scryfall's rate limits (minimum 50–100 ms between requests).
We cache card data locally to minimise unnecessary API calls.
We do not simply repackage or republish Scryfall's data — recommendations are generated using our own engine.
We do not imply that Scryfall endorses this site or its recommendations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. Card price estimates are sourced from Scryfall and may not reflect current market prices. Deck recommendations are generated algorithmically and are not guaranteed to suit every play environment or meta.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScryMander and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including purchasing cards based on recommendations.

7. Affiliate Links

This site may include affiliate links to third-party retailers (such as TCGPlayer or Card Kingdom). If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence recommendations — suggested cards and commanders are generated solely by the recommendation engine based on your playstyle profile.
